“one bedroom suite was very nice and spacious. The heat and hot water were great. Upstairs occupants could be heard but they were quiet after 10 pm. Access into the apt was easy. Apt needs a deep clean and dusting. The night stand in the bedroom does not reach the bed height. Only 1 tv but we moved it and it worked fine in the bedroom. The queen size bed was very comfortable. Close to supermarket, CVS, restaurants, shops and of course skiing.”

“This was our fifth time staying at the cabin and as always it was perfect. We stayed the week of Thanksgiving and cooked a full feast easily with the appliances and cookware found in the kitchen. We even woke up to snow a few times that week. We enjoyed the hot tub at night and the fireplace each day. Beds are comfy, rooms are cozy and location is ideal. With close proximity to Woodstock, Tannersville and West Kill we were able visit some of our favorite places in the mountains. We’ll be back.……

“Most relaxing, the property well situated amongst trees and woods. Plenty of clearing to enjoy the grounds for playing around. Our pitbull absolutely enjoyed the wandering and wooded areas. Local neighbors were very friendly. Many deer on the property every evening they would be out just after dark. Lots of games to keep you busy, WiFi worked great. The cabin was perfect, just bring your food and snacks. Everything else is there.”

“2 nights in a delightful cottage. It is small but delightfully appointed. The highlight was this clean, warm little cottage is perched directly on swft stream. We left the backdoor open at night!”

“Our group of nearly 25 adults and children had a fantastic time! There was plenty of space for our entire group. We especially loved the large gathering areas both upstairs and downstairs. The bunk rooms were perfect for our kids to sleep! The home had wonderful little touches that you don’t always see in a rental - custom Beekman bath products and signature mugs and wine glasses with the dancing horse logo! We will absolutely be returning to this gem! Communication with Greg was also……
