“On arrival we were greeted by our wonderful host Chris who shared his wealth of information about the area. The house was perfect for our stay with family. Very clean,tidy, spacious and comfortable with everything we needed and more. The children were delighted when Chis arrived the next morning to feed the emus goats and chooks. We enjoyed breakfast,lunch and dinner on the lovely paved covered outdoor dining area. Across the road we enjoyed splashing in the creek with the children and 3 year……

“Inside cabin was great, air con worked really well on 40 degree days. We were very happy with little clean tidy cabin which had plenty of cooking utensils. overall we enjoyed our stay and would stay again. However, we noticed Towels were worn. Also the Outdoor alfresco area could be improved with seating and made tidier.”

“If you need somewhere to stay close to Albury Base Hospital, this is the place for you. In easy walking distance.There is also a large dog park with agility course three blocks away.Pleasant, quiet place to stay. Given east-west orientation, morning sun hits the lounge and afternoon sun hits the bedrooms. Needed to use air to make the space comfortable. Would be very welcome in mid-winter!”

“At the end of a 2km dirt road you’ll find this expansive property with modest (extremely comfortable) properties (miners cabins.) Our property had 2 bedrooms and a bathroom. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, very compact, comfortable and had everything we needed. The beds were super comfy, the bathroom was quite small, but our hosts had provided all the special touches. The highlight was what the sanctuary was all about…. they are an active rescue sanctuary for a wide range of animals.……

“A friend and I stayed at this lovely house with my 13 year old dog Millie. It was clean and welcoming, lovely to sit on the wrap around verandah at all times of the day as you could follow the sun. The position is outstanding- 250m from the Ox and Hound restaurant which we loved. We parked the car and walked everywhere. We will be back! ”
