The cabin has such a comfy and homey atmosphere. It’s the perfect place to rest and enjoy nature! Also, there are several local stores and shops not far that have great homemade and handcrafted products.”

“We were there 9/9-9/12 and had a relaxing, peaceful stay. The weather was perfect and my husband caught a few fish. The lily pads that filled the pond in 2023 had been thoroughly cleaned out which made the fishing more enjoyable. We also appreciated the pictures showing the directions at the end of Bowater. The cabin was clean, comfortable and spacious for our stay. We appreciated being able to have our dog with us too. The host was also very responsive to questions and easy to communicate with.……

“We stayed with four adult couples for a weekend of boating on Dale Hollow.The house had everything we needed for cooking breakfasts and dinners and plenty of parking for the three boats we brought along with us.Perfect place for bringing the dogs. Ours stay close but the very large yard is entirely fenced in, which was a nice perk.We did not use the hot tub but had plenty of wood to enjoy s’mores by the fire pit.”
