“House was clean and in a great location on the river. Had a wonderful stay.”

“The Bungalow was perfect for a couple with A dog. Loved how the coffee table lifted up so you can eat while watching TV. Great area for fishing kayaking and hiking, Anders Run Natural Reserve was a gem with 400 year old trees. Visited Jake’s Rocks, Rimrock overlook, Kinzua Bridge state park and Chapman Lake state park. Ate and drank at Bent Run Brewery and Docksiders and both were excellent!”

“Tammy is a wonderful host. Everything we needed to make our stay in Warren was provided. The house was beautiful and made us feel at home.”

“The cottage was easy to find and was very clean. Everything inside was exactly as listed and the host even left us some farm fresh eggs in the fridge to have during our stay. Communication was also very easy with the host and they offered us some good hiking and dining recommendations. (Bent Run Falls and Hector Falls were our favorites.) I would definitely stay here again, highly recommend!”

“Off the beaten path, property was clean, missing a few cooking essentials, but overall, owner responded quickly. Neighbors was very nice. Nice view of the river. Would have loved to us the firepit, but it was under water. River was high this time of year.”

“This Cabin was more than we could have hoped for. We loved the open floor plan of the main living area and the downstairs was like a man cave/hunters paradise. We had fun with the Billiards table. Didn't get a chance to use the hot tub this time. Beautiful property with walking trails for the doggies. Nice quite country road also good for walking. We highly recommend it and will definitely stay again if in the area. Great communications with our host Larry. We want to thank him again for……
