“ Fall 2024- This was our first stay in a tiny house, and it exceeded all expectations! Stephanie thought of everything, making the interior feel cozy and welcoming. The trails around the property were perfect for our dog, who gives it a 5/5 stars! We were lucky enough to catch a starry night with a harvest moon while relaxing in the hot tub – truly magical. We also took a great day trip to Ponca State Park. If you’re in town, be sure to stop by The Outlaw Pizza. Their cheesecake is delicious,……

Now an hour after check-in time I finally reached the host and she said "Oh I canceled you"! I said no, no you did not. I have a confirmation email and the funds were withdrawn from our account. She kept saying "No I canceled you, the roof is leaking". Then she proceeded to tell me to call VRBO to cancel and hung up on me. I could not get ahold of VRBO and the virtual……
