I was charged for market place items I did not purchase. I'm still waiting for manager call back. Room 105 smells of old smoke and musty, like water damage had happened previously. The bathroom floor and shower space look moldy, could not enter without keeping shoes on. Faucet leaks. The floors are thin and the people upstairs were like a troop of elephants. We are bonvoy members, it does not meet bonvoy standards we have experienced before. I did book through a third party app as a last minute stop on a long road trip. Third party app felt like it meant third class room. Perhaps better rooms exist in the building, it was not my experience. Because of traffic, I was to arrive at 12:22 and during a courtesy call I made to explain my late arrival, because of their party booking, they explained the reservation would be lost with no refund, so it could be given to the rush of people that would be flowing in at midnight. I was told I had to call Expedia and have them contact the hotel to shift the reservation, they did and Tim, was good in allowing a 2am arrival. That was the positive piece. They did eventually accommodate a late arrival but it was an unnecessary set of hoops to get there. The direct number to the hotel takes you to an automated system that was challenging to get to the actual person to explain the courtesy call purpose. Would not recommend.
