Our second time staying here. Just a great hotel. It's clean, it's safe. The property itself is very nice. The breakfast is really good and dinner is great. Many dinner options and affordable. After a day of sightseeing, it's great to go to the hotel, shower and not have to leave the hotel for dinner. The staff is kind and accommodating. This is our go to when in Allentown.

I booked a Saturday to Sunday as a mother's day treat to myself. All I wanted was an escape with a pool and a hot tub. The pool was ice cold, the hot tub said 3 feet deep, which it would have been if full, but it only had about 15 inches of water in it. Needless to say my aching body is still aching and even more so now after lugging my luggage. I should have just stayed home and saved my money.

Stayed here with my husband and a large group of people for a Bowling Tournament from Friday-Sunday (05/02-05/04). Check-in process was quick and easy for everyone. Location was very clean and the staff was welcoming and friendly. My room was very clean and well supplied with everything. Loved the very clean bathroom and updated glass shower doors as well as the extremely pleasant smelling hand soap, body lotion, body wash, shampoo and conditioner supplied to us. The hotel seems to be keeping up with the times and has the toiletries attached to the walls, as many of us do these days lol. Which is great, since it leaves alot more counter space for whatever we may need it for. We ordered food from their kitchen on Saturday night after bowling all day. I ordered the Chicken Sandwich with French Fries. My husband ordered their steak (Cajun seasoning, medium doneness), house salad (vinaigrette dressing) and red skinned mashed potatoes. His food came with a ceramic plate, a steak knife and normal fork. We ordered everything to-go, so that was a pleasant addition to have. Initially we were going to eat in our room but, it was a nice evening so we decided to eat outside in their garden/courtyard area. I'm glad we did. The temperature was nice, tables and chairs were available, and the ambiance of the courtyard as well as the lighting was perfect for a relaxing and enjoyable dinner outside. Check out the next day was quick and easy as well. Def staying here again! Wonderful experience

Had a bit of an issue here. We checked in around 7:30 and we were given a king sized bed when it should have been two doubles. Not a big deal and we were too tired to ask about changing it as we just wanted to eat something and turn in for the night. The next day I left the room key in the room and had to go to the front desk when we returned to get another card. A different lady was there and said here's another key for your room on the 2nd floor except we were on the 3rd floor. She said no that's impossible you are on the 2nd. We went up to meet someone to let us back in our room. I explained the situation when he got there and he said we could stay in the same room as we didn't want to repack and move to another room. Well the lady from the front desk called and said you have to move? Fine so we did but unfortunately my wife left her prescription in the room. After she realized it we called and they said housekeeping should have it and that we could check first thing in the morning. Well they didn't have it and my wife had to shell out another $200 for more medication. Mistakes happen I get it but they weren't exactly apologetic about it. Maybe offering up a breakfast credit or something would have been suitable but nothing was offered. Also some guy not in any kind of uniform or anything was always hanging around the front desk droppng F bombs. No idea who this guy was but he appeared to work there. The pool was also closed which was a real bummer.

I selected this hotel primarily because it features an indoor pool, an essential facility for entertaining my young children. Unfortunately, the hotel is currently undergoing renovations, resulting in the pool and hot tub being unavailable. I have mostly good things to say about the hotel but my experience definitely came with some issues. Some of which are not their fault but worth mentioning. Everything was perfectly clean and the room was comfortable. It seems they were getting work done on the hotel while I was there, so things may have been a bit more disorganised than usual but when I checked in, my room’s fridge wasn’t working. The flip side of that is I explained to the staff, they gave me some ice to keep things cold overnight, and then replaced the fridge in the morning, so they did everything they could to help with the situation. As for just general observations about the property, the area of town where the hotel is located is not in the slightest bit designed for pedestrians. I really don’t get it but they apparently just don’t believe in sidewalks up that end of town. Not their fault but definitely something worth knowing if you want to pick up something from the nearby supermarkets or something.
