“I got this place because it was close to my family in Milton. The house was spacious and clean. The furniture and beds were very comfortable. The kitchen was very accessible with what you need to cook a great meal. It was easy to get in and out of the neighborhood. WiFi was fast and reliable. Also really liked the carport easily accessed. Definitely will stay again.”

“Property was exceptional. The layout was perfect for large families. We had our adult children and their children and everyone had a comfortable and private area. The extra large family spaces made it easy to visit in multiple locations. The kitchen’s appliances were perfect for meals for many and the ice machine, AMAZING! Location was great for in town holiday, in NE Pensacola yet convenient to downtown. You don’t need to head to the beach for water fun w a gorgeous, private pool in the……

“We are a local family of 3 generations, ages 1-84. This house was perfect for us. We stayed on the property the entire time and there was plenty to stay as busy or relax as we wanted. It is so secluded and quiet. The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to cook and eat at the house. The house was very clean. ”

“The property was pretty, especially the outdoor decks and yard. Overall we had a nice stay, and I don't want to be too critical, however, when I booked this property, the small standalone room by the water was advertised and is in the pictures. This is why we booked this property.... so everyone would have enough private space. We were in town for a family wedding. “We were very pleased with our stay at this property and found it met all the needs of our family of five spanning ages 4 to 44. The house was very clean, well appointed - to the level that I could cook two sides for our family Thanksgiving meal! Beds were comfortable and each room has its own stand alone AC unit to individualize temperatures. The property management team was very responsive when we had a question about the main HVAC unit. “The views were lovely of the water with moss draped trees, however the home had miscommunications regarding cleaning, it was taken care of, but resulted in late 7:30 entry. There were a number of discrepancies, the home was not what was expected for the price. To his credit Jerry was very communicative.”

“Stayed at this house for a week when visiting family, very spacious, would have been great for my family of five had they come with me, and in a good location for going between Pensacola and Milton. Definitely will stay here again.”
