“The views from this house are fantastic! And the location is perfect - steps from the old town of Montepulciano. Communication with Erika, the host was great. She prepared us with lots of details and recommendations for things to do nearby. We had some questions during our stay and Erika was very responsive. There is so much to do in the area - I almost wished we had more time to hang out on the beautiful terraces!”

The house has a rustic feel with lots of the furniture made by the hosts, the pool and garden are beautiful to relax and take in the views. Many of the sights in southern Tuscany and Umbria are close by (by car). The property is clean and the beds and bathrooms are very comfortable. The hosts are very discreet but will make you feel very welcome. Definitely would visit again! ”

La posizione è pazzesca in cima alla valle dei calanchi con Civita di Bagnoregio proprio difronte. La strada per arrivare è un po’ scomoda ma vale la pena per la tranquillità che ti assicura, lontano da strade, case o negozi. “Le personnel était bien gentil. Par contre, l’état des lieux laisse à désirer. Si vous voulez des défis de troubleshooting. Le disjoncteur principal n’a pas arrêté de sauté tout au long du séjour. Le lave vaisselle n’était finalement pas branché. J’ai eu du plaisir à trouver de quelle façon le faire fonctionner. Des insectes se trouvaient dans l’appartement. Il n’y avait pas d’allumettes pour allumer le poêle au gaz. J’ai eu aucun plaisir.”
