“This property was amazing and fit our needs perfectly. We had 22 people and each group had their own area but we gathered daily in the main dining area. We grilled out, had a chef come and fix us dinner and several days of pit luck. Daily trips to the surrounding hilltop towns of Todi, Orvieto, Spello, Sienna, and Florence one day. You definitely need a car but that gave all of us options. We rented in Perugia and others chose to rent cars in Rome and Sorrento. The property is well maintained……

“The apartment was great!! It had everything we needed for a comfortable stay for the seven days we were there. The beds were very comfortable and the entire place was clean. Everything we needed was right outside the door…great restaurants, great shopping, etc. The view off of the adjacent veranda was to die for.If we had any nit, it was the noise coming from the street below, especially the alley that leads to the veranda and overlook…it gets very crowded with people, especially on……
