“This was our first time staying at the Mantra Mackay and hopefully it will not be our last. Normally we stay in town near the highway but this time we tried the marina precinct and were very happy with our choice of the Mantra. The staff were friendly and the room was excellent. The bars and restaurants along the waterfront were great. We are looking forward to another visit before too much longer, and hopefully for more than just one night on the way through.”

“Great location handy to major shopping Centre. Felt like carpet had been cleaned prior to checking in as it was wet. Little disappointed that it was advertised with breakfast included which was part of the reason I chose this location, however the restaurant was closed for the Labour day holiday on the Monday.”

“Apartment was fine, heavily used though and some things were wornout or broken ( no knob on the ceiling fan switch, one window wouldn't close properly). But the staff were very friendly and the area was very quiet.”
