“We love Alligator Point and love staying at Fritz Carlton. The location of the house is perfect for us... away from hustle and bustle, yet within short driving distance to restaurants, shopping and sightseeing. Adam is the perfect host. If there is an issue, he immediately addresses it. While the house is not fancy or ornate, it is exactly what you should expect in a beach house. Perfectly furnished and a well stocked kitchen. We love it! And, will be going back soon! This was our 3rd stay with……

“Our stay at this home was truly wonderful! The host was exceptional—kind, attentive, and communicative. While some amenities were intermittent, the host went above and beyond to resolve any issues promptly. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances, the pool couldn't be cleaned, which limited its use during our stay. It would have been helpful to have a backup pool maintenance option. Despite this, the overall experience was amazing, and we would definitely consider renting this home again!……

“We had the best time at Shifting Sands!! The decks on the front and the back of the house are amazing! We spent a lot of time on both of them! The view from inside of the house was incredible and we couldn't get enough of it! The house was very comfortable and very spacious. We loved the layout. Everything was just as expected! We enjoyed long walks on the beach and watching the birds and the dolphins! Josh was an excellent host and we really appreciated him.”
