“Amazing views and peaceful area. Good restaurants nearby. Owner is fantastic and very attentive. Lots of space for everyone. Three flights of stairs to main area gets your cardio in but worth it. Beach/water shoes are a must as there is a line of rocks at the waterline. When the tide goes out you can walk for a hundred yards and see amazing sea critters. ”

“We had a great time in this cute house! It was very clean and well stocked. The location is perfect, view was incredible, with the beach on one side and dock on the other. “Tiki House is a fantastic place to stay if you are looking to unplug from daily life. The owners are very friendly and responsive. The home is very comfortable from the beds to the furniture. “The house is amazing. The views are terrific. The screened in porch was the favorite hangout for everyone. It is in a secluded area so it is a drive to get to anything so be prepared for that, but the house had everything we needed.The only problem we had was not being able to run the A/C as low as we would have liked. No lower than 70 but we are very hot nature so it would probably be fine for most people.”

“We enjoyed and needed this respite from the hustle and bustle of life. The property was beautiful and such a peaceful setting overlooking the bay and the marsh. We brought our kayak and enjoyed paddling up the little inlet and out into the bay. The dog enjoyed the stay as well. The fenced in front yard was convenient. The home was comfortable and clean. ”

“We had a wonderful vacation at this property. The gulf is only steps away from the house which makes carrying items to the beach essentially a non issue. The house was well stocked and immaculately clean. The beds were comfortable and the porches were great for dolphin and pelican watching. The provided kayaks were really enjoyed by our teen boys. “I had the opportunity to travel to this wonderful property with my mother and three boys. We were in need of a relaxing vacation, and this was exactly what we were looking for! We spent some time at the beach every day, enjoyed the property grounds, and relaxed! We did visit the Gulf Specimen Aquarium as well as two restaurants- the Salty Donkey and Tropical Trader. “The property was perfect for us. So much open outdoor space, with 7 of us there, we never felt cooped up. The beach was amazing. Our son and his girlfriend got engaged on the beach and the engagement pics turned out great. One thing to note, there was a lot of sea grass coming in. Amenities were as described and all bed and bath linens were clean and in abundance. Chip and Josh were prompt with responses and super helpful with any questions we had. We would love to stay here again!”

“My wife and I stayed here with our two adult daughters. We had a great time. The house is big with plenty of sleeping space and bathrooms, including one separate room downstairs with its own ensuite bathroom. There are three kayaks and we all enjoyed paddling out and swimming off the kayaks. Great views from the screen porch. (Don't rent on the gulf without a screen porch. Seriously.) Perfect spot for coffee at sunrise. We don't fish, but looks like a lot of people were fishing and crabbing.……

“We love this beautiful beachfront home. We have stayed here a couple of times. It is nicely decorated, good bedroom/ bathroom spaces and wonderful kitchen. Many sitting areas, front porch, screened room as well as 2 sets of sliding glass doors making the living room an excellent sitting area with oceanfront views as well. Thanks Sharon for hosting us! “After 29 years of Girl's trips, we have found the best equipped house ever. The kitchen had everything you needed, the games were plentiful, the bathroom and bedrooms were beautiful and fully supplied. The pool and beach equipment were all we needed.
