“We enjoyed our stay in this very clean and up-to-date cottage!! The outside porch was not very clean but liked having the gate so our small dog could enjoy it with us while we had our morning coffee!! Found it extremely difficult to get our pontoon in to unload!! Gates are not wide enough to manage getting boats in and out easily! ”

“The rental house was very clean and decor was updated. My adult daughters and myself enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner was very responsive to questions. Even though it’s 23 minutes from Sunset Marina, we discovered a boat ramp and swimming area on Dale Hollow Lake down the street from the house that was secluded and private. To improve our stay I recommend owner upgrade the two primary bedroom mattresses with box springs and hotel quality mattresses that have inner coil with memory……
