“The only thing that confused me were instructions for sanitizing dishes which made think that maybe the water wasn’t safe for drinking. I requested a late check out and the owner was easy to reach and oked that. Very satisfactory ”

“We were there with our family from ages 14 to 77. The property manager was so helpful and quick to respond to any questions. There was so much to do at this property for everyone of all ages. No need to worry about what to do on rainy days. It was fabulous! We would highly recommend it and can't wait to go again. ”

“ I wish we could’ve stayed longer but unfortunately I had to swap out the overalls for a suit and tie and back Chicago. The bird songs will be just a dream! My dog Mickey now knows the word canoe and will miss jumping in and out and dozing off while we (my husband as well) lazily paddled around! We (all three!) will definitely be returning! I think we will try to stick with bears den cottage as Mickey will love remembering the property! We had rabbits and ducks and amazing bird sounds. The……

“It met all our needs”

“Beautiful place. New big deck was awesome. We sat outside on both decks. Had a nice fire. Bar restaurant up the road was great. Waitress told us about a lake 30min out. By fair amazing place. Bring a cooler and grill you will love it. Wazee Lake is a must go. Loved that they had dvd for us to play. Kids loved the old 80 90 movies. Only thing cd for music. You get no phone or wifi. It was fine for us as we loved that it was just Family time. This is a amazing Hidden Treasure. We will be back to……

“Great place for family gathering ”

“Such a wonderful place. Swimming was easy for young children at the pier. Rented their pontoon w/slide, probably the most enjoyed event for the kids. Newly renovated and well maintained. Neatly decorated and all the amenities included. The movie theater was a huge plus for everyone, the popcorn popper also a hit but bring your own prepackaged popcorn. Ryan the host answers his phone all the time and nice to work with. Very pleased!!”
