New build overlooking the town of Alma! 3-bedroom, 2-full bathrooms, fireplace, large deck with views of Mt Bross and Buckskin Gulch. Relax, hike, ski, fish, ping-pong and much more! Situated in the forest but a 5 minute walk to Main st. Alma for shopping, food, beaver ponds, playground, and the highest saloon in North America! Only 17 miles to Breckenridge and 6 miles to Fairplay. 5 miles to Kite lake trail head for four 14er's - Mt Democrat, Mt Cameron, Mt Lincoln, Mt Bross in one day! Hike to the old Buckskin Joe Cemetery and learn about the rich mining history of Colorado!

Spring Break Adventures (wedding and senior trip)

Communication with host was excellent and he answered every question we had from recommendations and more in a timely manner. We arrived late/early in the morning and they made sure the lights were on for us when we arrived. House had all necessities for a care free vacation. Perfect getaway and close to Breck! Perfect family winter getaway

Beautiful place with very well utilized and distributed spaces. You get the whole “winter cabin in the woods” experience but with all the luxury and commodities of a modern place maybe 2 minutes away from the heart of Alma, it’s a place with heart too. We visited with a 9 year old and a 2.5 year old and they really enjoyed the downtime in the cabin. It’s like 25 minutes from Breckenridge and maybe 10 minutes of those are sharp turns so gotta drive carefully during icy road times specially. Host was awesome and immediately responded to any questions or requests.
