“Our family loved our stay. The cottage is beautiful inside and out. We booked due to the location between Letchworth and Stony Brook State Parks for our hiking vacation and were pleasantly surprised to find out there were miles of trails through the forest behind the cabin included with the property. The pond was my youngests son and husband's favorite bonus. Many large mouth bass were caught including the fattest bluegill ever seen.*All were returned back to pond as it's catch and release.I……

“Cozy and comfortable! Your own little "house" with a great porch for coffee and reading. A place to sit for movie-watching or reading, good seating for eating meals. Just enough bathroom for getting ready. Location is great for quick trips into town and expressways to visit other towns nearby hiking locations. Great communication with owners. ”

“My family recently stayed at this lovely retreat. The photos do not give justice to this place. It is minutes from town, but makes you feel as though you are much further out. The cabin is meticulously maintained with all of the basics you need in the kitchen and bathroom. The pond is stocked with fish and the fire pit is ready to go. At night, fireflies light up the woods and add to magical ambiance.The owners were helpful and communicative. Everything we needed or needed to know how to operate……

“We were in town visiting family and our family has grown too big to all stay together so this was the perfect find! It was wide open for the kids to be able to run around and space out. They also had toys for the kiddos to play with in addition to all the fun adult games! The hosts were quick to respond and very helpful when we had any questions. The location is also perfect to be able to walk around downtown Dansville if you want. We will definitely be booking again!”

“This was one of the best vrbo houses we have stayed at. We are a group of 13 women relatives and we have been gathering once a year for 13 years. Tonys' house was clean, roomy, comfortable and beautiful! there were lots of instruction sheets near things like Wifi, AC, kitchen and doors. These made things easy to use. We loved using the pool, especially since it was 95 degrees some days. We will be planning a return trip in the near future. Thanks Tony for the great place.”
