“Booking said pool and there was none working We paid for two deluxe double rooms on hotels.com. when we arrived they showed us in to cheaper single rooms, with no explanation. When we complained they said they didn't have any rooms like that. They blamed hotels.com for making their listing look like they had them, saying they couldn't list it accurately because of their limited listing fields. Well, we were deceived. It really looked like they had them on hotels.com. They said we couldn't……

“Very basic but the pool was really nice! Check-in was very time consuming and problematic. There was a Security Guard who thought we had the wrong location.. then he checked and directed us around to the back of the property where we met with hotel reception staff who could not confirm My registration and had to call their boss to get us a room. The room was not really ready because they say that they were not expecting us! ”
