Pros: - Walking distance to Alor Setar General Hospital - available food or mini market downstairs - ample parking - clean lobby - clean and adequate room - adequate amenities Cons: - shoplot hotels - was lotted to room that is next to main external aircon (Noisy) - easily spot building defects eventhough it is new - no hot water in shower. - careful of food in the nasi kandar shop few shops away on the groundfloor. had diarrhea

The room is very basic, toiletries were just soap and shower cap. However the location is good for those who want to be close to the hospital and has a Malaysian restaurant, mini supermarket, GP & dental clinics all in the same row which is very convenient but public transport is virtually non existent except for e-hailing services which are easy to come by.

For a budget hotel on a shoplot, this hotel provides services on par with standard hotel. Nice clean and comfy bed. Warm heater water (rain head shower). Water flow is good and strong. Provides toiletries. Provides iron and ironing board into your room upon request (immediately got upon request, I didn't have to wait long). Beautiful decorations. Friendly staffs. Overall experience : 5 stars for a budget hotel. HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!

Nice hotel away from the city

A clean hotel located a short distance from Alor Setar. There is a sundry shop and a local restaurant for food and groceries. Overall experience is good. The staff were polite and efficient.
