“Sergio greeted us at 7am, showed us around the apt., and even left coffee, water and milk for us to get started. The place is charming, with two bedrooms facing the pedestrian-only street and one quiet one in the back. The bathroom is small but adequate; the kitchen has what you need. Central location and so much to do! Easy walk to bus, train, uber, shopping and groceries. We would definitely go back!”

It was just right for a family holiday where your main concern is to relax, swim, enjoy the sun and spend time with family. The house has everything needed for a perfect holiday. The house has been improved since our first stay with the addition of air conditioning, which made all the difference to getting a good night's sleep Highly recommended. ”

“Quiet. Clean. Secure. 24/7 concierge. Bed was a bit hard. Only had 1 long pillow for 2 people to share. Has washing machine but nowhere to hang out your clothes to dry so a bit pointless/inconvenient. The parking is also on street despite the building having a garage.”

“Nous avons passé un super séjour dans la maison de Cristina. La maison est très bien située pour mixer visites de Madrid et farniente. Cristina a été disponible et réactive face à nos questions. Nous étions 9 : 4 adultes et 5 ados. La maison était très confortable avec ses 3 salles de bains. Il restait encore une chambre avec 3 canapés-lits (salle de jeux vidéos). Nous conseillons cette maison sans aucune hésitation. ”

“La casa estaba sucisima y a pesar de que la dueña te hace firmar un contrato al llegar en el que indica que contar con un servicio de limpieza no te exime de limpiar te entrega la casa en pésimas condiciones. Friega platos con restos de comida, la barbacoa con carbón quemado... Lo peor de todo es que tuvimos que pagarle a ella una fianza de 150 € y no nos la devolvió. No rompimos nada y limpiamos antes de irnos, pero como solo tiene un cubo de basura no cabían todas las bolsas que teníamos, por……
