“THE BEST WEEKEND AT BLACK POWDER!!! We couldn’t possibly have loved it more here and can’t wait to come back & book again. I booked for myself and 25 girlfriends to spend a long weekend exploring the Wyoming wilderness and it was the perfect “headquarters”. Comfortable & plentiful beds, cute and nicely-furnished cabins, an expansive kitchen where we could work large meals for all, and of course the privacy and views we sought. Stargazing and yoga on the top deck, field day games in the yard,……

“Rancho Alegre Lodge was a great place to have a big family reunion. There was no air conditioning so there were 2 portable air conditioning units in the upstairs bedrooms, but they weren't working properly. We had to do maintenance on them every night ourselves to get them to work. Many of the windows didn't have screens on them so we couldn't open them at night to let the cool air in because bugs would come in. However, it was a wonderful location with beautiful views. The huge yard all around……
