“This cabin was exactly what I was looking for in a weekend getaway in the forest/mountains.The cabin itself is beautiful with a rustic interior that is a wonderful blend of comfort and outdoors. It was clean and came with all the amenities needed to feel at hime.Its located near everything one might want to see in the town of Greer and also has a nice walking trail along the road that was perfect for my dog. Sandy the host was very communicative and even checked in with me during a storm to……

“My husband and I stayed at this cabin for our first year wedding anniversary. It was exactly as described! Very cute and quaint. A perfect walk to the Molly Butler Lodge and the diner in town. The Little Colorado River is visible from the walking path and is so pretty and peaceful. The property owner was responsive and helpful. Would 100% stay here again and again. It is tucked away and just wonderful. Plus parking and access to streaming services to watch movies and such! ”

“Cabin was clean comfortable and cozy. secluded it was not. Love the area and the ambiance but if secluded is what you desire then look past this one. Everything else was wonderful and we give it 4 stars overall”

“We originally planned a Rocky Point Mx. trip for this weekend as it was my wife’s birthday. With all the tension at the border right now, we stayed local instead. This place was a last minute grab. This is a quaint two bedroom bungalow attached to a larger house. The bungalow was perfect for what we needed.It was very well kept and clean and was great for what we needed. The host was very communicative. It snowed the first night we arrived so that kind of kept us in doors, but we made the best……

“It's very peaceful and a beautiful area. Property was very nice. Only issue we had was gravel all over porch steps and hair in the tub and on the bedding. A little dusty on the cabin window coverings. ”

“We had a great time at the cabin! Reyna is very responsive and kind and she makes sure that you have everything that you need to have a wonderful stay. There is a great selection of pots and pans, dishes, etc. and the kitchen is stocked with basic spices, coffee, cooking oil, cooking spray and even foil and ziplock bags. The master bedroom is cozy and comfortable. We really enjoy our stay and we will definitely be back! ”

“Monteverde was very nice. It was clean and relaxing. Unfortunately, the water well went out during our stay and we were moved to another cabin. The 2nd cabin wasn’t as big or nice. I understand that things happen and certainly appreciate that they were able to get us in another cabin. I would have hoped that they would offer to reduce the price of our stay. They did not. ”

“Cabin was nice, not as well stocked as others we have stayed at. No dryer sheets, no hand soap, and the hot water was good for only one shower. Bedding was great and the games were a huge hit! Kitchen dishes and cooking appliances were very nice.”
