Came to discover Remington Hotsprings but was pleasantly surprised to arrive to this lovely neighborhood & the most friendly people in the little shops & restaurants in town. “We had such a great time during our stay at this property! Our group consisted of three families coming together with kids of multiple ages. Everyone slept comfortably and there were plenty of beds for all! The kids enjoyed running around the grounds. They loved looking at the horses in the morning, playing on the zip line and taking dips in the hot tub in the evenings! This place is perfectly located within the town of Kernville. “If you are staying here for the secluded location and proximity to nature than this is a great place. The stars are beautiful at night and if you’re lucky a friendly neighborhood dog will visit you on the porch. It is Located 45 ish minutes to red rocks state park. However, the place could have been cleaned better as there was a half drank beer can on the grill outside, cheerios on the kitchen floor and a sock behind furniture. “My family, 12 lb dog and I stayed here to get away from the New Year's ruckus. This was an excellent way to do that. The house was very spacious and comfortable so we settled in quickly. The weather was very cold when we got there, but thankfully our host left us heaters in our rooms and we had them on while the house warmed up. The neighborhood itself was very quiet and it got really dark at night, so we were able to see all the stars.The only downside would be there was a lot of dog fur from……

“In the area for a funeral. The cottage gave us lots of room to be together and relax. The beds were comfortable with extra pillows, and plenty of plush bath towels. Kitchen was well-stocked. The unit had some cleanliness issues (dog hair, cobwebs, hair in shower), but otherwise was a perfect stay. If i had to complain about something would be that some newer mattresses in the main house would be ideal. I might just be getting old though lol.
