“This apartment offered two large spacious bedrooms and newly renovated full bathrooms. The full kitchen and in-apartment washer and dryer were convenient amenities. I appreciated that the host stocked the apartment with all the toiletries and cleaners a guest could need. There was a covered parking spot under the unit and the location had some cute, independent coffee shops within a short walking distance. On-site building manager was responsive and helpful whenever anything was needed. Cell and……

“The host communicated at the last minuet with check-in instructions..towels and sheets were damp when I checked in. Dryer did not work. Kitchen cabinet doors fell of when I opened them..Lots of road noise from busy street out front..poor overall location.. I left several days early to find another place.. host would not refund me a dime. I'd not recommend staying here.”

“it is wonderful experience. the real view looks the same to the picture online. room is very clean, large and modern. moreover, it is convenient to shop in the supermarket nearby or go to downtown LA. No breakfast service but capsule coffee machine in the room.”

"Room: clean, quite new Staff: generally very nice and friendly, we had a good chat with the staff who arrange our check-in, and explain to us everything we need to know. The staff in the restaurant were very nice too, fully aware what we need before we voice out. But the staff who help with the luggage socked me a bit because I forgot to give the tips, but face changed in seconds when I gave out the note….tips culture is so hard for me Location: excellent if you are visiting universal studios you have the free shuttle at the hotel Food: we paid the breakfast and it was great, don’t forget the waffles! "
