"The hotel is old and a bit worn looking. There was a problem with the heating/cooling system in the room and the staff quickly got us into another room. They were very nice and helpful."

"The rooms were very clean and beds were comfortable. No elevator at this property so plan on hand carrying if you are upstairs. When i asked for a first floor room the staff was unaccomidating and a little rude."

A great place in a great location

"I have visited Evanston many times over the past 3 years and have enjoyed getting to know the area. But, staying in this in-town apartment made the visit even better. Both the quality of the apartment and its location is a 10. I hope to stay there during my future visits."
