“优美的环境，距离瀑布非常近，从房间可以看到瀑布。工作人员非常热情友善即使提供各种帮助。唯一遗憾的是我们中午达到已经预定不到想起的酒店内的餐厅了。”

“When I checked in, the hotel made me pay for my stay. Again. So, I double paid. They later sent me a long text taking ownership of the issue and were very apologetic. They attempted to refund me, but were unable to. Instead, they deducted hotel costs like spa, lunch, dinner, mini bar, etc from the cost, but I was still left with the equivalent of about $100. At checkout, when I’m about to get on a plane to the US, their solution was to give me a bunch of cash in Brazilian Reals which is useless……

“Attitute of frontdesk (at least 2 of them I had dealing with) was indifferent, everyone else is fine, bartenders, cleaners and the travel agent. Equipments were not quite completed so do remember to bring your own toiletries. Except for toothbrush and toothpaste(which is fine with me), there was no shampoo or shower gel in the room either. Soap and towel are all you can have in the bathroom. ”

“Hotel com infra estrutura maravilhosa, gostaria de poder voltar todos os anos. Ponto alto fica para as inúmeras piscinas e por elas serem todas aquecidas! Muito legal poder também acessar o parque aquático sem custos extra. O hotel fica em frente a um shopping, excelente para poder fugir do custo alto de comer no hotel.”
