“Overall we had a wonderful stay. Just the right size for our 10 family members. Some of us had trouble with the stairs but we managed. The grill worked great but the outdoor furniture is lacking. The Wi-Fi worked but could be spotty and inconsistent at times. The kitchen and dining areas were wonderful. As were the TVs.Enjoyed our 5 night stay very much.”

As a result, I have been charged twice for the same stay. I kindly ask for your assistance in resolving this issue. My credit card company has already billed me for both charges.
