“We have stayed here three times now. Overall it’s a good property choice when visiting our son at PSU. This time the water temperature was on the cool side and the bed was a little uncomfortable. The kitchen and living area is very good. The property is dated but most of the properties in the area tend to be so. We will definitely stay here again. ”

“We were visiting NH to see my brother. We spent quite a bit of time relaxing at the house and it was wonderful. The views were beautiful and the lake was peaceful although I suspect it would be much busier during the summer season. The hosts were exactly as communicative as desired. “We had a wonderful time at this house on the lake. We had coffee and cocktails on the dock and watch the beautiful sunsets and sunrise.Did some fishing ! Owners have a house next door and they are very nice . Ate dinner on the back patio. House was clean and well supplied. Could have used another AC unit on first floor ....and a TV on the first floor ...and cleaning supplies. Other than that ....very nice ! ”

“Location is very convenient - grocery within a 10 min ride, easy access to the Lake, dining, and popular Winnipesaukee villages around the lake. The amenities were generous - including towels and linens at the location, travel shampoo/condition/soaps available, fully stocked kitchen with dish soap and other kitchen tools available. The kitchen is tight and the central artery of the house, which made it difficult with 12 people. I'd recommend bringing a mattress pad or something for the pull……
