The Ranch House Retreat

The Ranch House Retreat is nestled in scenic Southern Utah, located between Bryce Canyon National Park, Zion National Park and The Grand Canyon. The Ranch House has a wrap around porch and a spacious yard with mature shade trees. There are 3 master bedrooms, with full bathrooms and queen beds, in the Ranch House. 3 large common areas. a 1/2 bath and laundry room. There is a 55 inch TV with a blue ray player in the basement for your use.

Great, spacious house that would be ideal for a large group. Alton is approximately midway between Zion NP and Bryce NP so it is easy to visit both parks and the numerous scenic drives in the area without moving. Carrie, the manager, was courteous and professional. There are few rules and those few are reasonable. The single negative is the lack of food of any kind in Alton.

This house has space to spread out! It's very comfortable with a nice kitchen. And centrally located for someone wanting to go to Bryce, Zion and cedar breaks. Make sure you arrive with groceries. Enjoy!

Very nice home in a nice location. Just a few miles off of highway 89, about midway between both Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. This house is huge! Three master bedrooms, one on the main floor, and two on the upper level. The upper level has a small play area between the bedrooms, along with a few toys to play with. It has a nice kitchen & large dining area on the main level, as well as a large TV room on the lower level. There are several nooks for kids to play in and explore, which was fun for them. I would definitely stay here again if I was in the area and needed a place to stay.
