Relax during your stay at this equestrian style barndominum sitting on 5 acres in a working equestrian horse barn in Alva. Enjoy the view of the horses and the easy access to town. 1 mi from Alva Boat Ramp, 7 mi to grocery stores, and many restaurants in between. 10 minute drive to Labelle and 20 minute drive to Fort Myers.
The bedroom features a comfortable new queen bed, ensuring a restful night's sleep. You'll find all the essentials you need, including a fully stocked coffee bar, two Smart TVs with Roku apps, WiFi, a hair dryer, and an iron and ironing board.
Owners do live on the property.

Awesome stay !
