“Prime location. Stayed there 4 weeks, different suite every 2 weeks. The suite facing O Keefe Ave was noisy at times with the sirens blaring from fire, police, etc, at 9 floors above ground. The other suite I had looked toward the east, toward the NOLA slyline, was quieter, was 11 floors high above the street. First time ever I experienced contactless check-in, check-out, had no major problems. Stylish spaces, looks larger than it is, and the home amenities allowed me to cook good food.”

“Great location and reasonable price, although there is no front desk people, the online chat is nice and efficient. The only problem is no place to store luggage temporarily. The check out time is 10AM, if you have a late afternoon flight, that will be very troublesome. Since there is lots of space in the first floor, I suggest them to place some coin lockers for the guests. Overall, it is a nice place and I will consider to stay there again.”

“We were honored to be the very first guests to stay in this beautiful unit, and it exceeded every expectation. The space was absolutely pristine—spotlessly clean and thoughtfully prepared. "The FMI enjoys a very convenient location in the French quarter at a generally affordable price. The architecture style is french with big windows and lovely courtyard quiet in a short distance away from the hustling streets outside. The manager and frontdesk people are all very nice dealing with unexpected situation in a very prompt manner. There is cable TV in the room. The AC works very well. The window view is pleasant."
