“Nothing was free, unlike advertised. Pool was a P300 a day use that was not mentioned during my reservation. The self-parking was a lie too because they charged me P700 for two days of parking for the space assigned to the unit. The unit was fine but could use more cleaning and upkeep. “This hotel is very very remote from the town and its inside the jungle and you need to take a shuttle car to the hotel from the hotel entrance like 6 to 8 minutes but the shuttle car is not always available. “Listen folks, do not waste your money here. They do not honor "pay now" bookings, even if you paid online, you will still be asked to pay in cash. They will fool you to get your refund the next day, but truth is, they will not process it until you're checked out. Plus couple of room observations, comfort room is dirty, lots of bed bugs and roaches, no garbage bags, booking says parking is free and yet, they are charging a fee, and staff are unapproachable. “夜８時頃タクシーで到着しましたが、まず、このコンドミニアムの入り口で、部屋のオーナーからの連絡がなかったのか、警備員に止められ、確認がとれるまで長い間待たされました。そのあと、建物のレセプションが、鍵を受け取っていないとのことで、オーナーと連絡がとれるまで、再び待たされました。２泊しましたが、部屋の清掃やタオル交換はありませんでした。３泊したら石鹸やシャンプー、トイレットペーパーは足りなくなっていたと思います。部屋の世話係（？）の人の電話番号は教えてもらっていましたが、その人とまったく連絡がとれず、タオル交換などをお願いしましたが、対応してもらえませんでした。”
