It’s’ was 11:40pm, the bar attendant just got finished with a customer, I’m right behind, next in line. He tells me the bar is closed, with light equipment etc. still running. As he gets finished with the customer, he tells me now the bars is closed, only for water. Then he mentioned, the bar closes at 12:00, as he turns off all the equipment(bar lights) at 11:43. Early during check in, I was stop upon bringing a case of 6 pack water for a family of 5, over night. Just down right rude. Order 2 superior rooms, didn’t have second room ready. Lucky, we were able to talk to a trusted receptionist, in which she brought great customer support, ungraded only superior to a suite. I was looking into a great relaxation weekend. Turned out to be full with discomfort and stressed. The rooms smell like mildew, in which I had a respiratory attack during the night. I didn’t want to complain to much, base on I was just trying to have
a relaxed family vacation weekend, but the situation kept getting worse. This was just a one night stay. If you stay here, bring basic necessities like water to the establishment is a problem. They literally would’ve turned me down over water. Luckily, had already paid.
