“The bathtub leaked when we took shower.My friend slipped after a shower as very very wet floor. fortunately no hurt for her. Bed cover is not clean and has dusty and there were traces os insets bites on my face. I went to my place to see doctor and pointed out that my face was bitten by insects. Poor WiFi facilities in hotel. Why say free WiFi in hotel . Suggest change better routers to improve WiFi as 4- stars hotel — this is not met the level”

“The location is great. The stairs are brutal with a suitcase, but I knew about that going in so I can't knock the place. The views for breakfast were great. Check-in was a mess, the host said someone would meet us at the dock, but no one showed. The host does not belong in customer service. I asked if we could have breakfast at 7 so we could have an early start and she told us we would have to make our own breakfast. She insisted breakfast should be at 8:30.
