The place is being renovated and it’s beautiful. There are still minor things in the rooms that need attention, I.e., coat hangers in the closet, new linens would be great, unwrap the smoke detector, hook up the wall thermostat to the unit, etc., minor things that still need to be buttoned up. The beds should also have a mattress protector, ours didn’t. Over all, it’s beautiful and comfortable and would stay again. It would be nice if breakfast started at 6 vice 6:30 for those of us that need n early start.

We loved the pool and hot tub and flexible check in with friendly staff that is there all night/morning. However didn’t like how early breakfast closed(9:30 compared to 10/10:30 at most hotels),the higher pet fee that was lower on the website($25 versus $50 is a big difference), missing bedding on sofa bed, and all lamps unplugged.

Property is under remodel with no consideration to guests during. I paid extra for pool and exercise room. Did not need to shut that down just because you are remodeling guest rooms. Take these amenities off your advertising during remodeling.

The property was under construction and only the 2nd floor was available. Not an issue. However, the area of the hotel available was very worn. I can see why it was being updated. The staff was great.

Good, clean place to stay.

Huge room. Very clean. Easy access to several restaurants. Try Rosa's Cafe. They make their own tortillas and serve them hot and fresh with dinner. It is very near the hotel and easy to get to.

The hotel was undergoing renovations which was mentioned NOWHERE when booking. Massive boxes everywhere, sections covered with tarps, dusty, etc. Pool had no sign indicating it was closed but area had paint buckets surrounding pool. We were told by front desk that we couldn’t use it because of this but that it would be open by the next day. 2 days later paint buckets were still there and there was a sign declaring the pool closed. The fitness center was also closed. Pictures on google maps showed Texas shaped waffles, but the waffles at the breakfast were normal circles. In addition, the waffles were sour(both the strawberry flavor and the plain), the muffins were hard as rocks, and the gravy was a weird texture. There was nowhere to fill my water bottle and the front desk had to open up the breakfast area so I could fill it. There were signs for vending machines but no vending machines present and the marketplace was absurdly expensive. The shower in the bathroom was leaky and the sofa bed was just a stained boxspring, with no linens. The front desk staff were as kind and helpful as possible, but hospitable staff can only get you so far when the rest of the hotel is a hot mess. Luckily, I was visiting a friend who I ended up able to stay with or this would have been a very miserable trip.
