Great place to stay the staff is amazing. I love how the rooms have a theme like mine was western decor with swinging doors like an old western saloon. Plus the bonus of just walking across the parking lot to go dine at the Big Texan steakhouse and the food is awesome.

We made reservations thru Expedia which made the pictures look wonderful but when we arrived it was off a busy highway, rooms were not like appeared in pictures, very primitive, graffiti all over room door inside, pool was a mess and looked under construction, area was mostly asphalt. The girl at the front desk was amazing and sent us to a partner hotel which was WAY NICER with indoor corridors, pool but wasn’t working, pickle ball courts, continental breakfast and more. I was grateful and learned a lesson; find a hotel while you are traveling and visit it before booking.

What a wonderfully cozy place for a great price! The beds were comfortable, the water pressure in the shower was amazing, the A/C unit was easy to work and control to our liking, and plenty of storage space for our luggage. We did have an issue in the first room with the TV not working, to which the staff was accommodating and immediately offered us another room, to which we moved to in moments. And finally, we loved the automatic check-in/check-out process. So easy and convenient, will definitely stay again when we are in Amarillo!
