“good points, staff: in reception & pool/restaurant v. good, food: - brekky ordinary, dinner good quality & value. room: A/C wonderful, bed comfy, size enormous, not noisy (but had to ask reception to turn on hot water for shower as required & man with wellies entered room & did something in bathroom!) ”

“Wunderschönes Hotel. Einziger Nachteil, es liegt im Jungle , 30 min mit dem Boot auf dem Amazonas. Das war auch ein wenig Abenteuer. Ohne Boot kommt man leider nicht vom Hotel weg..”

“Definitely the premier property in town. The rooms are incredibly spacious and air conditioning is excellent. The pool is large and comfortable. We didn't realize this was an all inclusive when we booked so that was an added advantage as well. The staff were incredibly helpful as I had to navigate a luggage issue. We highly recommend this as the premiere option in Leticia.”
