"Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avais pas ma réservation ! on nous a mis dans une chambre. Et l'en demain ils ont retrouvés ma réservation dans les spam !... pour conclure, j'ai pas eu la chambre que j'ai réservé. ils mettent des prix dans un livret et après il enlève les tarifs et nous factures ..."
