“This place is as advertised. I ran across this searching for a nice cabin to stay during the fall. The house, the property and location was amazing. We had no complaints. We really enjoyed the views and the outside fire pit. The new Yefu outdoor chairs were very comfortable as well. There was lots of dead trees in the woods so I gathered my own wood as opposed to using the wood that was at the property. The kitchen had all of the necessary accessories for cooking. The property has a coffee pot……

“This home was great for our extended family of 26! The kitchen was well-stocked. The huge dining room table could seat us all. The 3 refrigerators and 2 ovens/stoves were great. We missed having a dishwasher, but we just used more disposable paperware so we weren't doing dishes all week! The living room was great with lots of nice couches. The smart TV worked well. It was nice having the option of using the towels and sheets there, even though we had to wash them before we left. There are 2……

“We celebrated our 10 year anniversary and rode the steam engine at EBT. We have other plans as well but skipped them to come back to the cottage and watch the birds, chill and enjoy no tv. Thy have everything you need in the kitchen pantry and bathroom which has a great shower head with lots of water pressure. There’s even tooth past. The towels were quality and the bed was nice too. They even had spices and oils for cooking. Loved that they had teas and coffee as well. Just show up and enjoy……

“We stayed here overnight but it’s definitely a place we would book again for an extended stay. It’s clean and cozy with all of the amenities in a quiet town, not far from shops, grocery stores or places to eat, and the host Heidi was responsive.”

“This property was comfortable with lots of little extras to make the stay pleasant. The location was a quick drive to Chambersburg to grab some groceries/carry out or to walk the rail trail. Or you can drive a little further to Shippensburg or Caledonia. The kitchen was well equipped, the oven and stove worked well, and we found some basics in the pantry...plus some extras like a great pancake mix! We found the two larger beds to be comfortable and there are lots of blankets to choose from to……
