“The house is a charming older bungalow. It was furnished with everything we needed. Please note that it is on a fairly busy street that necessitated wearing ear plugs, especially in the front bedroom. Also, there is a faint cat pee smell in some of the house and strong smell in the bathroom. ”

“Just what we wanted: a spacious amount of room for 4 people, an unusual location while still convenient to Portland, and a responsive host. It's more "house" than "boat," but it's located on a pretty little stretch of water with a small current. We loved watching the geese family, heron and beaver across the way. We weren't expecting train tracks to be so close, or the trains so plentiful, but it soon added to the charm of the place. Access is easy, with one reserved parking spot. Others living……

The kitchen was clean and well appointed with everything we needed to cook dinners in when we felt like it. There were even some little snacks to greet us when we arrived. It was easy to walk to restaurants, shops and a cute bakery. I would definitely recommend this great place to stay In Vancouver.”
