“The location is absolutely excellent on top of the hill. We loved that, the staff were so helpful, accommodating, friendly and couldn't do enough for us. They made our stay the best they could. However, the premises itself is shabby, needs updating and a good tidy up. With some investment, it could be so much nicer, comfortable and modern.
