“This place was very quaint. Our room was a bit small, the picture made the room look bigger than it was, The beach was a bit further than i thought because i miss read and thought we were on ocean front but at least we only had to cross the road, no counter space, and missing things that you find at any hotel but other than that , it had more postive than the negative. The room was super clean, quiet , and peaceful. The owners were very responsive, instructions clear to follow and above all……

“It was very clean and in a cute setting. Dogs are welcome but there is really no space to walk them on property. No pool for children. It was very close to the beach, 4 min. Walk and a great beach bar/ restaurant that also welcomed our dog. Small and quaint setting. We were happy with our choice.”

“Perfect location with easy access to pool and beach. Very clean and great view”

“We’ve stayed in The Terraces multiple times, almost every time we come down to visit our family in the area. It’s a perfect location to the beach, and short distance to the downtown/Centre Street area. We’ve never had any issues with the accuracy of the rental, or cleanliness. This condo is on the smaller side, but we didn’t mind that since it’s just me and the spouse, and we don’t spend a lot of time in the condo. Would rent again. ”

“Beautiful accommodations, and I love how everything was clearly explained per check-in and check-out via text and in-suite, including instructions on bikes, washer/dryer, TV, etc. Staff was happy to accommodate with a change in pillows and extra blankets. Suite was immaculately clean. Steps from the beach and Sandbar Restaurant! While we would definitely book with this property management company again, we would pick a different suite with less foot traffic outside the windows (the windows face……

“We were driving up from West Palm Beach on business and two of our boys live in the area, one in Jacksonville and one at Ft. Stewart. We all met here for a quick weekend visit. The pool was great! Had some awesome chairs and a wagon for the beach. It was wonderful! Super comfortable beds and pretty house! Loved it!”
