“Check-in was good, accommodations were good, bad was comfortable everything was clean, but they might have had a few more items in the kitchen, such as a few more pieces of silverware etc. It was fine for me but a family would find it very difficult to go more than one meal without washing dishes. Otherwise great I would stay there again and do so happily. Price was great and experience was great.”

“The check-in was seamless. We were late getting in, but the light was on and there were clear instructions on what to do. The kitchen was fully equipped-a Keurig and some K cups, a drip coffee maker with a grinder too. Plenty of paper towels, dish towels, cleaning products,etc. The condo was spotless. The art and decor were pleasing. Great patio area, boardwalk to the beach, beach chairs, towels!Brenda was friendly and responsive and if we had needed anything I’m sure she would have been……

“Overall Great! Very short walk to the beach, not too congested, easy to get in and out, nice restaurant next to the property. The property common areas areas was well kept and clean - garage, elevator, hallways. The unit was nice and clean. We really like staying at places with a smart tv so we can use our own streaming service. The only feedback i have is that the shower head needs to be replaced, the current one is really bad.”

“It basic, clean ,near the beach and welcomes dogs for a small fee. Check in was easy either by card or rhe one key app. Betsy in the office was an absolute delight to talk with. ”

“Very clean close to park and has many amenities. My sister and I stayed here for the weekend and we had a blast.”

“If you're thinking about booking this place, don't hesitate! The check in process was a breeze. The owners sent a code to use on the key pad to enter. It was very clean and a short walk to the beach. They have beach chairs, wagon, sand toys, umbrella, tent, etc. all available for guest use. Everything was in excellent condition. We did have an issue finding the sheets for the pull out couch but the owners answered my call right away and helped us find some immediately. Only one thing to keep in……

“Great location. Thoroughly enjoyed the pool, which was always cold (it had a “chiller” element). It was a perfect beach house, equipped with everything we needed. Can’t wait to see the finished outdoor area (under construction) next year when we return. Thanks Ashley for allowing us to stay and play at our favorite place!”

“Spacious condo with incredible oceans views. Short walk to the beach. We travels with two other couples. Plenty of space for the 6 of us. Outdoor balcony was a perfect spot to watch the sunrise every morning. Super comfortable beds and everything you need for cooking in the kitchen and going to the beach with provided chairs umbrellas and wagons/carts. Fantastic place!!”

“Absolutely perfect! Condo was exceptionally clean and just right size for the two of us. All the comforts of home that anyone would want or need. Location was great as well with an easy walk down and back to the beach each day. This was our second time staying in this condo, and if we come back to Amelia Island next year, we will certainly book this property for a third time. ”

“Our family of 10 (6 adults, 4 children) stayed here in July 2025. Plenty of beds and bathrooms for our group. The kitchen was well stocked, and everyone loved the quick beach walk! The beach was not crowded, although the residents are allowed to drive on the beach in this area. It was quiet and relaxing. Downtown Fernandina Beach is about 20 minutes away with many restaurants and shopping. We all enjoyed our stay!”
