“I totally enjoy this stay. Better than expected. I arrived late and only stay for one night so didn’t have too much time to experience all the facilities. It’s go Sauna room, swimming pool (for both adult and children), gaming room, children play room, spa services. What impressed me is the handicap free design inside the room. “This very pretty budget option is a hidden gem. The greenery at the property and the warm lighting gives this cosy vibes. Basic amenities like AC, a clean bathroom and a TV were available. “The property is nice, however it was unclean, the sheets were stained, the room were not cleaned properly, there were cigarettes buds on the floor. It was supposed to be a non smoking room. “The hotel is absolute chaos and stay away from it. We had a 15 hours flight and they did not let us in with our Hotels.com booking. The explanation is rooms were fully booked and they did not receive the itinerary. Surprisingly they have rooms available for us to buy them at hotel. We don’t understand why they don’t sort our original booking. The rooms and toilets are appalling. The Air conditioner did not work properly. We did not found one thing that worked as per description. So disappointed.”
