Ac is kept off in rooms until guest turn them off. It was so hot and humid in the rooms that we had it at the lowest temp and highest setting and after an hour it was still miserable. Honestly was cooler outside than in the room when I got the keys. I was told it’s a hotel policy as per management.

Rooms are way outdated and dirty. Smelly rooms and hallways. I should have expected it based on the rating, but I’ve never been in a hotel that bad. It’s nothing more than a flophouse.

Bed comfortable. Internet was very spotty and off a lot. Air conditioner didn't work well or consistently. I did complain and that didn't help. Limited english with the young girl. NOT worth what it cost for 3 nights, $499.00, no other guests there for my first 2 nights, now I know why. Wyndham needs to do something or take their name off this property.

I had a pleasant stay for three nights. Unfortunately the pool was closed down and the mini gym was closed as well. Breakfast was decent and minimal. Front desk was very accommodating to what I needed Overall 3.5/5

Easy access to area events. Bathroom shows some wear and tear. Other areas were fine, except the pool which appeared to be closed for some time.

I was looking for an inexpensive, no frills, clean room in a safe neighborhood. That's exactly what I got. Everything was clean and well maintained, although interior hallway lighting was a bit dim. The staff was very friendly. This is a neighborhood of motels with a selection of take out and eat in restaurants within a block of the motel. The north side of the building is amazingly quiet in the evening considering how close it is to a street. I don't know about the side of the building facing the parking lot and US-30.

Basic, but comfy.

We needed something very basic, but clean and comfortable. That’s exactly what we had with this property. Pre check in was smooth through a text message. The staff members were polite and friendly. No problems getting another key when we (oops) left ours in the room five minutes after we arrived. (Guess our drive took a bit out of us.) Though it was terribly cold outside, the room stayed nice at 60 degrees. The bed was firm, with clean linens, and quite comfortable. Did not use the TV. Ample supplies, except for cups for water. Since we had our own, we didn’t ask for any. Eco friendly, had we stayed more than one night, our sheets and towels would not have been changed unless we asked. USB plugs in the lamps—more places are including these now! 2 thumbs up! There was a refrigerator in the room, but it didn’t get cold enough for our use. Ice bags that we tried to refreeze overnight were only half done. Forgot to mention that at checkout. Breakfast, nothing special there. Very quiet, with easy access to the highway. We slept well! We will return when the need arises. Thank you so much!

Ive stayed at this hotel before a few years ago. I don't know if its under new management or what but it has definitely gone down hill since the last time I've stayed there. The property is starting to look a little run down, the pool looks like its been out of operation for a while, poop stains in the toliet. It was a cheap room so it's fine but i would not bring my family here.

We have stayed at this hotel the past few years. Rooms are good. Hotel is looking more run down. Pool closed while we were there. Friendly staff.

The staff was really nice but its very dated. Needs alot of work. The pool was empty which was disappointing. Doors slamming part of the night. Breakfast was microwave sandwiches and hostess donuts. Owner obviously doesnt spend much money to upkeep the property. Needs major renovations. Parking lot needs help. Room was clean but chips in the bath tub probably leaks into the floor. I ordered a suite it wasnt just a couch in the room hardly qualified as a suite. Even the building itself was cracked and falling in. Would not go there again many nicer motels next door and across the strest. Baymont has gone to hell.
