“The home greeted us on a warm afternoon and we found the two-bedroom accommodations to a be a spacious, inviting,warmly decorated, comfortable home. Unlike cold motel rooms, this place had a lived-in feel that reflected the pride and love Jannifer, the host, provided. That evening the rising moon slowly smothered a sea of stars that captivated our attention and filled the night with a marvelous glow. Make sure someone has memorized door code as it was eliminated from text 24 hours prior to checkout. Were able to find phone number and issue was resolved but inconvenient. ”

Our kid-free/parents only weekend getaway with our friends was absolutely perfect. 10/10 would go back. Very easy to work with owners. “This was a really fun, historic location. Communication with the host was excellent. I accidentally locked myself out of the house and they came to our rescue immediately. I also need to mention the number of towels! Haha We have traveled extensively and have never had so many towels avaliable. Sounds like a small thing, but it was really nice to have so many. The nearby water was beautiful and the neighborhood is very friendly. ”

“ We came up from Kansas City and stayed Sunday to Saturday. Everything we needed for our vacation! The bed was comfortable, the AC and heat worked great. When we wanted to watch the Royals post season game, we grabbed our laptop and watched out at the campfire. Wifi Signal was great. Did some fishing. The lake was nice and calm. “Tims place on the river was a great place for family to gather and hang out for our son's graduation weekend. We were surprised at how roomy the place was for all of us to relax and enjoy the weekend. Too bad the weather didn't cooperate and we couldn't enjoy the patio and dock more, but we found the inside a cozy place to hang out during the rain. The paved walk path was great for walking the dog as well!Another nice part was that there isn't a lot of houses or traffic in the immediate area,……
