“This place has hot tub and fire pit listed in its title, but read the fine print, you have to pay an extra fee to use these amenities. And when we received check in instructions, we were also warned that if we wore shoes in the house, we’d be charged another $150. The cleanliness of the house could definitely be better—there were dirty rags under the sink… not sure if those were supposed to be our kitchen linens. The dish sponge was so gross, we had to walk to the nearby store to buy a new……

“I needed a quiet place to work and be able to have my dogs. I couldn’t have asked for a better place. The large, clean and well equipped space was super comfortable, quiet and conveniently situated to walk my dogs. There was also a large fenced yard for them the run and play. I would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a great week at this home in Buffalo. The home was clean and was true to the listing. Very cool staying in a historic home with character. It was nice having off-street parking available. “We are a family of 4, our children are 13 and 5. We loved that everyone had their own room. Our 5 year old still takes baths and there wasn’t a stopper for the tub so he couldn’t take a bath- the shower head wasn’t very high pressure but it was fine. The place was very well kept and close to everywhere we wanted to visit while in Buffalo. The house is definitely old but very clean and warm. One thing we all would have wanted was better mattresses. They all caved into the middle and weren’t easy……
