"Hotel can use a refresh. Wood and paint need attention. Main rooms smell musty, likely due to older carpeting. Bathroom had a smell also. Rust colored stain on sheets. Value for money is questionable."

"Went to Kearney to watch the crane migration. Incredible experience. The property is ideally located as it is in the heart of crane viewing. Everything relating to the property was as advertised and very good. If I had one suggestion it would be to enhance cell service."
