Disappointed!
Paid a price of a 5* luxury hotel to get the service of much less.
From check in, where we received confirmation early check in is guaranteed, yet the room wasn’t available. Got “upgraded” to a grand deluxe room, yet there was nothing grand or extra about it.
Cleanliness is lacking, there is dust everywhere in the room! A room booked for 2 people yet amenities left for one person!
Called room service at 730pm while we were leaving and asked them to clean our room, we returned around 930pm to find the room not cleaned like we left it! Staff didn’t care about this or show any remorse.
Extremely disappointed! I stayed at the St. Regis in other countries and received the value for money I paid, here it is a waste of money! Paying for the name yet receiving nothing of the service.
Will definitely think twice before considering this property again!
