"Staff were very welcoming when i arrived after midnight and offered me a meal and water, my flight was approx. 4 hours later. Assisted me with acquiring morning transportation to the airport so i would not have to worry about the issue."

The location was hard to find.
"I was looking for the entrance when I arrived there; however, I couldn't find any logo or indication. Eventually I asked a nearby security to indicate where it was, which was at the back side of the building. I would suggest them to describe it or attach photo via email to the customers.
