-酒店職員協助處理網上購票 -細心安排往機場shuttle -只是房間地面有些塵, 杯有點污垢 -the staff helped communicate with the theatre when we wanted to change to show time of our tickets -the staff booked air shuttle for us and informed us about the change carefully -only problem was some dirt on the floor in the room, and the cups there were not clean.

20 mins team ride from central station route 26. Free mini bar with a soda and a bottle of beer. Staffs were very nice and helpful. Will stay here again!

This hotel is located a little distance away from the city central, but if you used the city tram it would not be a problem and you will love it. The price, staffs, room view, bed, and mini bar nothing you could criticize. Next time I will stayed here again.

The hotel was horrible. Full of cobwebs and dirt. The walls were all scratched up and damaged. The advertisement claims a see view however that is not the case. It’s also hard to find as the building shown on the picture not it, it’s connected to that. Avoid at all cost

Wir waren über Ostern für 3 Nächte in diesen Hotel. Die Rezeption befinden sich im 8 Stock eines Hochhauses. Um in unser Zimmer zu kommen mussten wir zuerst in den 8 Stock dann mit einem anderem Aufzug in den 6 Stock. Das fanden wir sehr umständlich. Zuden hat im Hotelzimmer das Telefon nicht funktioniert. Im Notfall musste man also immer persönlich in den 8 stock fahren. Hab ich so noch nie erlebt. Dann hatten wir das Zimmer für 3 Erwachsene Personen gebucht aber nur Kissen für 2 Personen bekommen. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns gesagt dass die Kissen ausgegangen sind. Sowas ist ein no go. Zumal alle 3 Personen den gleichen Preis bezahlt haben für das Zimmer. Um in die Garage zu gelangen muss man immer aussen am Gebäude rum gehen. Innerhalb der Gebäudes gibt es keinen Zugang. Obwohl das in der heutigen Zeit technisch bestimmt einfach zu lösen wäre. Auf Nachfrage wurde uns,gesagt dass dies eine Sicherheitsmaßnahme sei. Das Garagentor war an allen 3 Tagen defekt und stand offen. Somit war unser Auto zur keiner Zeit sicher. Auch mussten wir an der Rezeption Klopapier holen weil es das Zimmermädchen vergessen hatte aufzufüllen. Für mich einfach kein Zustand eines 4 Sterne Hotels.Schade wirklich. Auch die Flure vor den Aufzügen sind dreckig und machen keinen guten Eindruck.Die Lage in der Nähe der Straßenbahn ist gut. Das Frühstück war auch guter standart. Für unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in Amsterdam wählen wir ein anderer Hotel.

Hatten für fünf Personen gebucht, Zimmer waren nur für vier Personen vorbereitet und während dem ganzen Aufenthalt wurde auch keine Zustellbett zur Verfügung gestellt. Schimmel an den Vorhängen und Flecken auf Bettwäsche.

When i checked in obviously the person on the reception has to clear all the formalities for check in. He gave us the false information and taken the deposit of 82 Euros which he told we will get on check out and now today when i was checking out, the other person on the reception refused to give it back because he said you got the wrong information and i will give you back on 35 Euros like seriously? Very disappointed service as i was having high expectations from this hotel.. Terrible experience and never gonna come back to this hotel.

Terrible experience in an ice cold room with no AC

Terrible hotel and one of the worst hotel experience in my life. First night they gave us a corner room, and the room was freezing cold. The a/c was NOT working, and the lady in the reception confirmed that the A/C wasn’t working. She gave us 2 portable heater fans. It took us to warm up the room about 2 hours and finally could sleep at 6 am in the morning. They didn’t even change the room, also we wrote the note for reservation as one big size bed and a baby bed, but there were 4 separated beds in the room. No big bed, no baby beds. Also the strangest room I ever seen in my life, there was a sink in the room and the toilet was next door, and the shower was in another next door. Also the reception is on the 8th floor and to reach the reception, you have to pass a maze. The next day, a very kind gentleman in the reception gave us another normal room so we could sleep well next day. It was OK. A warm room and a big bed.

Shocking service

After a terrible day of travelling we arrived at the hotel to be subject to terrible customer service. My son had booked through a 3rd party booking agent who had requested a single room instead of a double. The hotel receptionist offered NO help at all to get this sorted, telling us they were full and couldn’t offer another room. After no help to get this sorted, I ended up booking a junior suite which was miraculously available, despite being told they were full up. Escalated to the manager but again no support - it’s not their problem. Sullied the stay. Won’t return and won’t recommend.

When you enter this hotel, it initially feels a bit like a not so great apartment building. However, things improve on the 8th floor, where the decor is much nicer. The room was clean, and the bed was comfortable, though the bathroom could use better water management; after showering, the floor tended to get quite wet due to poor drainage. Breakfast was decent, and I appreciated the good service and the bonus of having a Nespresso machine in the room. Overall, I'd consider staying here again.
