Need to improve their attendance we didn’t get enough towels. Towels for our foot were absen. The shower doesn’t have wall, the water leak into the bedroom floor. Lot of noise from the streets too expensive for the place.

Our room has a very good view, clean, and well organized. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they helped us carry our luggage upstairs since there is no elevator in the building. The only improvement I would suggest is putting a mirror in the room, preferably one we can check our outfits out. Thank you!

The staircase was so steep and it felt deceiving because we didn’t know about it, however the front desk man was a gem of a human being. My friend couldn’t walk to the next flight of stairs so he made arrangements for us so we could be on the lower level, he was very kind to us and did a great job making us feel welcome, and he helped us with our bags. The hotel itself was okay but I loved the front desk man, I don’t want to type his name wrong but he was a nice Italian man.

La posizione dell’hotel è perfetta, situata di fronte alla stazione e a pochi passi da Piazza Dam. Purtroppo, nonostante fosse classificato come hotel il bagno, i servizi igienici compresa la doccia erano condivisi tra le stanze del piano.

The room which we got at the time of arrival is not the same which we booked on expedia. When we complained about this at the reception, the person at the reception told us that the hotel is fully booked and there is no other room to exchange with. We tried to complain it with the help of expedia but that also didn't help much. We had to stay 3 nights in that room which is probably a storage room with a bed. Never recommend this hotel and service from expedia.

Es lo que es! En Ámsterdam un lugar para dormir con baño compartido, vas a sobrevivir. Es raro para muchos pero es como cuando estás en tu casa y tienes que esperar que tu hermano termine de bañarse.

La ubicación es lo mejor del hotel, enfrente a la estación central. No está mal para ser Amsterdam que el Hospedaje es muy caro, hay que compartir baño con otras 3 habitaciones, no es tan feo como lo pensé al ser la primera vez que tenia un alojamiento así. En relacion precio a calidad en un ciudad tan cara como Amsterdam SI LO RECOMIENDO

Budget hotel in great location; super tiny room and no elevator. What’s good - Convenient location; short walk from central station - super nice and helpful staff - relatively clean facility Not a fan - no elevator and awkward spiral staircase which is typical of budget hotels in the area. Carrying luggage up and down stairs is quite difficult. - rooms are super tiny. My room had a bed, tiny sink and small shower. No place to put the luggage! - shared bathroom in hallway, relatively clean.
