Fantastic experience

We had very nice experience stayed in CS hotel. The guy who welcomed us is very warmly and helpful.He helps us to lug our big luggage up to 5th floor.

Small place with crazy stairs, but it was clean and absolutely esthetic Amsterdam. Don’t get me wrong, it’s not the ritz Carlton, but man is the location amazing! Perfect location and was only a 5-7 minute walk from Amsterdam central. The neighborhood is amazing and how could you ever be mad in the most beautiful place on earth? The hotel was close to all the restaurants, coffee shops, and shopping that Amsterdam offers. It’s an amazing place and madeesh, the hotel operator (owner?) was super laid back, helpful and incredibly friendly!

Horrible. A pesar de tener una ubicación muy buena prácticamente afuera de la central de trenes, la propiedad es horrible. NO HAY ELEVADORES, LA ESCALERA ES DIMINITUA Y COMPLETAMENTA INADECUADA PARA SUBIR MALETAS INCLUSO PARA QUE SUBA UNA PERSONA. No había ni siquiera jabon en el baño, la limpieza es muy deficiente, en la habitación para dos con literas te pegas en la pared y se cae el plafón del techo, no cabe ni siquiera la maleta, solo hay un enchufe para cargar el celular o tener abanico, demasiado ruidoso afuera, ADEMÁS CUANDO LLEGAS TIENES QUE PAGAR IMPUESTOS EXTRAS, ME DESPERTÉ CON 5 PICADURAS DE INSECTOS. Lo unico bueno que puedo decir es la amabilidad de la chica española de la recepción del hotel de en frente ( Sotel Amsterdam ) quien fue quien nos atendió porque CS hotel no tiene recepción y tienes que ir a la otra calle por ayuda ya que es el mismo dueño HORRIBLE. NO VAYAN.

Camera definita comfort troppo piccola, una volta poggiati i bagagli in un angolo non c'è più spazio per camminare nella stanza. Bagno piccolo e scomodo, lavandino microscopico che ogni volta che ti lavi la faccia ti fai la doccia. Doccia inesistente, attaccata al lavandino e al wc. La camera era sporca c'erano capelli e un oggetto indefinito sotto il letto.e lenzuola erano macchiate e non c'è l'aria condizionata. L'unica cosa ottima è la posizione. La scalinata per accedere alle camere è ripidissima e non c'è nemmeno uno specchio o un armadio in camera

Kind,friendly and helpful staff. But the hotel and room were atrocious, tv didn't work most of the time,the windows when closed didn't lower the volume from outside, no on suite, the room was tiny for a double and numerous suspect stains on the curtains !

Need to improve their attendance we didn’t get enough towels. Towels for our foot were absen. The shower doesn’t have wall, the water leak into the bedroom floor. Lot of noise from the streets too expensive for the place.

Our room has a very good view, clean, and well organized. The staff are really friendly and helpful, they helped us carry our luggage upstairs since there is no elevator in the building. The only improvement I would suggest is putting a mirror in the room, preferably one we can check our outfits out. Thank you!

The staircase was so steep and it felt deceiving because we didn’t know about it, however the front desk man was a gem of a human being. My friend couldn’t walk to the next flight of stairs so he made arrangements for us so we could be on the lower level, he was very kind to us and did a great job making us feel welcome, and he helped us with our bags. The hotel itself was okay but I loved the front desk man, I don’t want to type his name wrong but he was a nice Italian man.
