We had a wonderful stay even though my son broke his ankle. The staff helped myself and my son. Everything was within walking distance. We even washed our clothes for free which was fantastic.

Was an ok stay. We booked a room with 1 double bed but it was just 2 twins pushed together that were constantly separating during the night. Zentral gelegenes, ruhiges und schönes Hotel. Leider war das Zimmer zum vereinbarten Check-In nicht verfügbar und wir mussten eine Stunde warten. Am Vormittag bei Gepäckabgabe und Check-In wurde uns dieses noch für einen Aufpreis oder Mitgliedschaft angeboten, sehr interessant. Als Entschädigung wurde ein kostenloses Frühstück angeboten, welches wir in Anspruch nahmen, eigentlich aber gar nicht wollten. Ein anderer Rabatt wäre uns lieber gewesen, wurde aber nicht gewährt

I loved my stay. It’s nice to have the amenities of a small apartment (kitchen sink, crockery and cutlery, fridge, tea & coffee). Great location, close to so many areas and transportation if need be. Room size was ideal - comfy bed, cosy bathroom, small dining table, charging dock on bedside table, cute view of the street out of the window made you feel like you were an Amsterdam local hehe. Staff very lovely at check in/out. Very generous communal area, I was blown away how lovely it was, with tea and coffee available. I would come back and stay at Citadines Canal Amsterdam for my next stay in the Netherlands! Thank you for an enjoyable stay!

It’s tucked away in quiet mews street. But brilliantly close to metro station so you can get to Rai or Central station super quick. Upgraded to apartment with huge chrome cast Tv. Can’t be bad and very comfortable bed. No heating in bathroom but excellent shower. Not so keen on being at street level but still pretty quiet just a few conversations and clanking of inevitable bikes
